  • Elite panel to officiate in First XI matches, Supplementary panel to be involved in Second XI matches
  • Each umpire of the elite panel to get a minimum of nine matches to show his decision-making and match-management skills
  • Pakistan’s best shortest format players to feature in the 30 September to 18 October event that carries a total prize money of PKR9million and will be broadcast live on PTV Sports

Pakistan’s best T20 cricketers will be back in action as the much-awaited National T20 Cup First XI tournament kicks off on Wednesday at the Multan Cricket Stadium. The 33-match tournament, which will be broadcast live in its entirety in High Definition on PTV Sports, marks the beginning of competitive cricket in the country after more than six months and, as such, serves as the curtain-raiser for the 2020-21 domestic season.

Balochistan – Haris Sohail (captain), Bismillah Khan (vice-captain, wicketkeeper), Akbar-ur-Rehman, Akif Javed, Ammad Butt, Awais Zia, Imam-ul-Haq, Imran Butt, Imran Farhat, Kashif Bhatti, Khurram Shahzad, Taimur Khan, Umaid Asif, Umar Gul, Usama Mir and Yasir Shah.
