Athletics has been in Olympic since Athens 1896 and have the greatest number of medals 141, 47 gold. Usain Bolt(Running Machine) is the famous athlete of the world, which won the number of Gold medals in London Olympic 2012 and made new world records.  In Men’s 100 meters event Usain Bolt from Jamaica won Gold Yohan Blake from Jamaica Silver and Justin Gatlin from United States Bronze medal.

In Men’s 200 meters event Usain Bolt from Jamaica won Gold, Yohan Blake from Jamaica Silver and Warren Weir from Jamaica Bronze medal. In Men’s 400 meters event David Rudisha from Grenda won Gold and Luguelin Santos from Dominican Republic Silver and Lalonde Gordon from Trinidad and Tobago Bronze medal. In Men’s 800 meters David Rudisha from Kenya won Gold, Nijel Amos from Botswana Silver and Timothy Kitum from Kenya Bronze medal.

In Mens 1500 metersTaoufik Makhloufi from Algeria won Gold, Leonel Manzano from United States Silver and Abdalaati Lguider from Morocco Bronze medal. In Men’s 5000 meters event Mo Farah from Great Britain won Gold, Dejen Gebremeskel from Ethiopia Silver and Thomas Pkemei Longosiwa from Kenya Bronze medal. In Men’s 10,000 meters event Mo Farah from Great Britain won Gold, Galen Rupp Silver and Tariku Bekele Bronze medal. In Men’s 110 meters hurdles event Aries Merritt from United States won Gold, Jason Richardson from United States Silver and Hansle Parchment from Jamaica Bronze medal.

In Men’s 400 meters hurdles event Felix Sanchez from Dominican Republic won Gold, Michael Tinsley from United States Silver and Javier Culson Perez from Puerto Rico Bronze medal.  In Men’s 3000 meters Steeplechase event Ezekiel Kemboi Cheboi from Kenya won Gold, Mahiedine Mekhissi-Benabbad from France Silver and Abel Kiprop Mutai from Kenya Bronze medal. In Men’s 4 × 100 meters relay Jamaica won Gold and Trinidad and Tobago Bronze medal. In Men’s 4 × 400 meters relay Behamas won Gold, United States Silver and Trindad and Tobago Bronze medal. In Men’s Marathon Stephen Kiprotich from Uganda won Gols, Abel Kirui from Kenya Silver and Wilson Kipsang Kiprotich from Kenya Bronze medal.

In Men’s 20 Kilometers walk Chen Ding from China won Gold, Erick Barrondo from Guatemala Silver and Wang Zhen  from China Bronze medal. In Men’s 50 kilometres walk Sergey Kirdyapkin from Russia won Gold, Jared Tallent from Australia Silver and Si Tianfeng from China Bronze medal. In Men’s High Jump event Ivan Ukhov from Russia won Gold, Erik Kynard from United States Silver and Mutaz Essa Barshim  from Qatar, Derek Drouin from Canada, Robert Grabarz from Great Britain Bronze medal. In Men’s Pole Vault event Renaud Lavillenie from France won Gold, Bjorn Otto from Germany Silver and Raphael Holzdeppe from Germany Bronze medal.

In Men’s Long Jump event Greg Rutherford from Great Britain won Gold, Mitchell Watt from Australia Silver and Will Claye from United States Bronze medal. In Men’s Triple Jump event Christian Taylor from United States won Gold, Will Claye from United States Silver and Fabrizio Donato from Italy Bronze medal. In Men’s Shot put event Tomasz Majewski from Poland won Gold, David Storl from Germany Silver and Reese Hoffa from United States Bronze medal. In Men’s Discus throw event Robert Harting from Germany won Gold, Ehsan Haddadi from Iran Silver and Gerd Kanter from Estonia Bronze medal. In Men’s Hammer throw event Krisztian Pars from Hungry won Gold, Primoz Kozmus from Slovenia Silver and Koji Murofushi from Japan Bronze medal. In Mens Javelin throw event Keshorn Walcott from Trinidad and Tobago won Gold, Oleksandr Pyatnytsa from Ukraine Silver and Antti Ruuskanen from Finland Bronze medal.
