The Uganda Cricket Association (UCA) is all set to host the 2nd edition of the Victoria Twenty20 International (T20I) series from the 18th to the 23rd of April at the Lugogo Stadium in Kampala. While defending champions, Zimbabwe will miss the series, alongside hosts, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) will feature in the league.

2^nd Edition of Victoria  T20I Series will be played on  ^18th  April 2023 to 23^rd April 2023. Victoria T20I Cup will be played  at Lugogo Stadium in Kampala in Uganda. Zimbabwe is defending Champion of Victoria Cup . Zimbabwe Women will miss the series. Five team will participate in Victoria Cup 2023. The Teams are  Uganada,Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) .

First edition of Victoria Cup was played in 2019 .Three teams Kenya, Uganda and Zimbabwe participated in first Victoria T20I Cup.
