Mahika Gaur, Theertha Satish, and Vaishnave Mahesh are key players on the squad. Six members of the team also competed in the Women’s Asia Cup the previous year. Theertha was a top run-scorer in all women’s T20Is in 2022 and Vaishnave was among the top wicket-takers with 29 wickets in the same year.

Key Player Bangladesh U19 Women

Disha Biswas is a key player on the national cricket team as a medium-pace all-rounder and team captain. She is one of four players on the squad with experience on the senior team, having previously toured New Zealand with the main squad in November. Biswas has recently demonstrated her all-round abilities by taking eight wickets, including a five-wicket haul, in a series against Malaysia Under 19 and also contributed to the team’s success with an unbeaten 43 runs in one of the matches. Additionally, she took six wickets in the Women’s National Cricket League 2022-23 season, playing for Barishal Divisions.
