Russian Weightlifters squad banned from #RioOlympics2016.
The international Weightlifting Federation has decided to ban Russian Weight liftin team from participating at #RioOlympic Games 2016.The decision came after Russian athlete could not clear dop test. IWF said Russian sportsmen damaged reputation of athletic discipline by use of doping.
IWF said in a statement that Rusian weightlifters doping statistics are ” extremely shocking and disappointing”.
Total 8 Weightlifters were nominated by the Russian Olympic Committee to compete in Rio Olympic Games 2016.
